CONNECTING OPERATIONS + MARKETING
The way you run your business and the way you market your business go hand in hand. It's important not only for new business development but also for recruitment. Your marketing team needs to understand your objectives for the business, the company culture you're working to create, and the type of clients you want to attract.
THE IMPACT OF COMPANY CULTURE ON YOUR BOTTOM LINE
Many small businesses think they can't afford the benefits and fun company culture that large corporations offer. In reality, you can't afford not to invest in great benefits and company culture. But great benefits doesn't mean better healthcare or stock options, it goes deeper than that. Learn how a welcoming, caring culture will support your team and positively impact your bottom line.
WORKPLACE WELLNESS + PRODUCTIVITY
People first. That's it. Put people over profit, and profit will follow. You'll experience less turnover and more productivity. The new generation wants more than salary. They want a work-life balance (for real!) and to know that their employer actually cares about them.
USING PERSUASIVE + TRANSPARENT COMMUNICATION FOR RESULTS
Think about the way you communicate with and engage your employees, your volunteers, or your community. Are you making the most of that communication strategy to drive results? Probably not. Enhancing your communication and engagement strategy can make the difference between achieving your goals, or falling flat.

ABOUT ME
I'm passionate about helping companies improve internal processes and communications to help them achieve their strategic goals through strong leadership and transparent change management. There is a direct connection between your operations and your marketing, and keeping them both running smoothly so you can be more profitable requires insight, data, and heart.
I have worked for myself, for nonprofits and corporations, and for local government. My goal is always to change the status quo of how organizations should communicate to achieve results.
I love teaching others how they can improve their organizations to achieve their objectives. I've taught workshops and college courses, given keynote addresses, and presented at conferences across the United States.
I'm currently the Operations Manager at DARCI Creative, a boutique full-service marketing agency on the Seacoast of New Hampshire. I handle the day-to-day operations, human resources, change management, project management, and work with our marketing clients.

"I attended a half-day workshop with Caitlin, and she was a great facilitator. Her experience, insight and listening skills made the session educational, interesting and effective.

"How fortunate we are that Caitlin is part of the Seacoast NH community! She shares her experience and expertise by teaching workshops at Great Bay Community College. She engages her students, listens to their concerns and guides them through the possibilities of new media marketing in a very unassuming way. She receives great reviews from our students!"
- Kathy Totten, Great Bay Community College
"It can be somewhat daunting to always 'put myself in someone else's shoes' when I am communicating to the public. Caitlin helps you parse it out and break it down while adding flare and excitement to any communication. She asks the questions that other people may not think of because she is always thinking of our audience. Her organizational skills and ability to help break something down so it is manageable is unparalleled. As a project manager myself, I appreciate that skill and always love working with someone who has the same mindset. I would work with Caitlin anytime, anywhere - she is an asset anywhere she is!"
- Angela Cleveland, Strafford Regional Planning Commission
